Mar 31 ~ Free Public Talk: Keys to a Meaningful Life
with Western Buddhist Nun Gen Kelsang Lingpur
Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Center Arizona,
Friday, March 31st, 7 pm
In this Free Public Talk Gen Kelsang Lingpur will explain how each one of us has a strong, enduring wish to be peaceful and free from problems all the time. We all seek a meaningful life. Due to lacking the wisdom understanding the real causes of happiness most people are searching for it in the wrong places. Our own mind has the incredible potential for lasting inner peace but this can only grow when we fully realize and appreciate our spiritual opportunity for growth. By applying Buddha’s teachings on the preciousness of our human life and by contemplating the impermanence of our life, we will use each moment to move towards the fulfillment of our deepest wishes.
The course is open to everyone, anyone can benefits from these profound teachings.
You may also wish to attend the Blessing Empowerment of Buddha Amitayus, the Buddha of Long Life, which is being granted by Kadam Michelle Gauthier this weekend. To find out more click here.
