Thurs Morning: Introduction Meditation Class

Learn simple meditation practices that can will help you experience more peace and happiness, improve relationships, and experience more meaning and joy in your life. Everyone is welcome.
Bring meaning to your Thursday morning by learning how to practically bring more peace and happiness into our world by learning to cherish others, overcome anger, and deal with stress. Everyone, both Buddhist and non-Buddhist, can receive benefit from these instructions and meditations. Each class contains at least two meditations, a teaching, and short prayers.
No prior meditation experience is necessary and everyone is welcome.
