Come learn three simple guided meditations that can be practiced by anyone. With regular practice, these meditations help to develop greater peace of mind and happiness, and to improve our relationships with others through learning to cherish others.

Improving the Mind
Gain an insightful understanding of how to develop and maintain a light, positive mind – by learning to recognize and abandon states of mind that harm us, and to replace them with peaceful and beneficial ones.

May 17th: Wisdom vs Ignorance
Inner Peace of Patience
This series will focus on overcoming the problem of anger, learning how to develop and maintain patience when faced with even the most difficult circumstances.
June 7th: Patience vs Anger
June 14th: Being Patient in the Face of Difficulties
June 21st: Being Patient with Others
Class Format: Each class will include a guided breathing meditation, a teaching and a concluding meditation. There is also time to ask questions.
