The purpose of these classes is to help people gain personal experience of inner peace through the practice of meditation, to overcome their daily problems, and to find real happiness in their hearts so they can be of benefit to those around them. The classes are suitable for people with entry level experience.

How to Transform Your Life: A Blissful Journey
Learn the fundamentals of Buddhist view with step-by-step instructions on how to experience more love in our heart and our life to benefit ourself and others. Buddhist principles are explained such as how to attain inner peace, what is the mind, what happens at the time of our death, and karma. In each class you will learn and practice in meditation simple methods to transform your mind through an exploration of how to find the source of happiness, and the actual methods to solve our daily problems
